For over fifteen years, Anat has been channeling her passion for working with people into a successful coaching career, facilitating growth, and helping CEOs and leadership teams from all over the world achieve their goals and reach their potential. Anat is a MASTER CERTIFIED COACH by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as by numerous other world-renowned schools, including the Coaches Training Institute, The Full Circle Group, CRR GLOBAL, and Team Coaching International. She employs a range of proven coaching methods such as Emotional and Social Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Psychology, Change Integration & Management, System Work, Deep Democracy & Co-Active Coaching, and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). In addition, Anat draws on her vast experience in academic research (cognitive science, psychiatry), hi-tech management, and even professional acting/singing in her work as coach and facilitator.

Anat earned her Ph.D. in Neurolinguistics (Washington University, 1991). Her research focused on SCHIZOPHRENIA, language acquisition and speech pathology. After graduation, Anat continued to pursue her POST DOCTORAL research in conjunction with psychiatric pharmaceutical companies, AND ACADEMIC LINGUISTIC DEPARTMENTS. She later worked as a senior executive in the hi-tech industry, serving as AN R&D manager in companies specializing in AI and Speech recognition technology. Anat nurtured a career as a professional singer and actor in the more distant past.
