Coach Approach Training for Lean-Agile Leaders (LAL)  

LALs manage hybrid or multiple (2-4) teams whose members represent different professional or disciplinary backgrounds (e.g., software developers, product owners, scrum masters, architects, etc.). As coach-approach managers, LALs are given a broad range of tools and the know-how to nurture and empower their subordinates whose professional fields falls outside their purview. TreiStar offers comprehensive training in order to better integrate coaching skills and increase the impact in the LAL capacity. This training involves a shift in mindset, and a change of habits. We therefore offer highly accessible, pragmatic models throughout the process.
